I wrote another song. It's called Living to Kill.

Take a look out the window
Watch the world going by, going real slow
I just want you to know
No I don't, it doesn't matter anymore
Another day in the life
Will we live or is it our turn to die
Just passing by
Rest stop on the way to the end of the ride

Something doesn't mean everything anymore
Still waiting to drop when I'm four feet under
I'm not living to fill this space of mine
I'm not living to live, I'm just living to kill
Time

Tell me what do you see
Smiling face of mediocrity
Are you what you want to be
Or are you waiting for your life to pick up speed
Get it done, cut the fee
Time is money and money's not free
That's enough about me
Let's talk about it

Something doesn't mean everything anymore
Still waiting to drop when I'm four feet under
I'm not living to fill this space of mine
I'm not living to live, I'm just living to kill
Time

Something doesn't mean everything anymore
Still waiting to drop when I'm four feet under
I'm not living to fill this space of mine
I'm not living to live, I'm just living to kill
Time

Someday, you will get to hear these songs. Honestly.
You go outside and practice screaming. We'll play music while you're gone.

Fantastic! I'm reading The Bourne Supremacy at the moment, so it's very appropriate.
"It's all folk music... I ain't never heard no horse sing!"
- Attributed variously to Leadbelly and Louis Armstrong

If at first you don't succeed, you are obviously not Chuck Norris.

Music enhances this song threefold. Believe me.

"I'm not living to live, I'm just living to kill
Time"

Nifty.

Over all a pretty well written song.

That's my favourite part of the song too. It's really cool to play it because while he's singing that, I'm chugging away pretty quickly on these power chords, then when he says "liviiiiiing.....to kill......" we all stop and there's this big pause, then he says "...time" and I strum an F#m from (high e to low e)with heavy chorus on it. It's really neat.

That was quite the run-on sentence.
