I would love to hear what kind of things can be done to help prevent, or at least prolong the onset of CTS. I'm a draftsman, so I'm on a computer all day, and using a mouse and typing with bad support for my hands is starting to cause some pain in my right hand (which I've also broken twice). The main pain I have is in my wrist, straight down from my middle finger. It doesn't hurt all the time, nor does it ever hurt very bad (to the point of making me stop doing something), but I'm still scared it will get that way. I'll gladly accept any info you can give on this subject. I know of several others on GT that have similar problems with CTS, so i'm sure your info would be gladly accepted!
