Yep, what he said: I too have an XT, so almost the same thing just different controls. It especially excels in recording direct, but any amp is going to effect it's sound alot (compared to headphones or recording), so you'll have to tweak them together in unison. Some players will just plug straight into the PA system and skip a typical guitar amp altogether. I'm considering buying two 10" monitors with just a power amp...slightly cheaper too.
