Well, just my own opinion, but I wouldn't waste my money.
Publishers like that usually have only one thing in mine.
Charge as many people as they can to send them their songs. At the same time, partner up with another company looking for memeberships and take a finders fee for every person they refer. Then, they give away a very 'cheap' prize along with some other useless stuff like consultation fees where they can use that opportunity to convince you to sign away your rights to your material.
