You might get more luck ig you spelled macabre right, if you haven't been getting any hits that could be a reason. I can't remember off the top of my head who composed it, though it is in my brain somewhere, I'll see what I can do to help.

bnut it was just to help, so far I too have been unsuccessful, but I am working on it.

Ok, well, here we go.
The Danse Macabre was written by Saint Saens, a 16th century french romantic. Liszt did a piano arrangement for it it seems also.
I have a MIDI of it that I downloaded from http://www.geocities.com/Vienna/6567/dncmcbr2.mid
If you go to that site and download the midi, you can listen to it. YOu can then put it into a MIDI program like Melody assistant or something and that will show you the music for you, and even convert it to tab if you like.
Hope that helped.

I'm fairly certain you'd be able to find the score for it. It'd most likely be written for piano of violin, but it would be alot more accurate than any midi file. Failing that I would suggest trying to work it out yourself, or get a friend to help you. I know it defeats the object of looking for tabs and stuff, but it'll help you later when playing/learning other songs and it'll also make you appreciate the song so much more.
Just my thoughts. Hope it was of some use.
Don't worry too much about me, ignore me long enough and I'll go away.

the main reason i wanted it in tab, is that i was asked to play it at a venue for a friends play and did not hve the time to sit and work it out as i do with almost every piese i learn, but thanks for your reply
