just because they are both Ibanez's doesnt mean they still are the same guitar. no two guitars will ever sound exactly the same. thats to be expected.

alot of your tone actually comes out of your amp. before you go drastic and change out your pups, just play with your settings.

also, try playing with your tone and volume knobs on your guitar.
