Yep, so me and Bigbuda got together last weekend out at his new place and jammed for a few hours. He's even cooler in person. And he's quite the gear hound I saw, all around, from his stack to rack effects to his guitars I'm somewhat envious. Still, I love my guitar(s) and I get by just fine with my Pod. But anyways, most of the day we played over May's backing track, with numerous takes. Some of me on acoustic w/him on electric, and some of me on electric and him on clean electric. I believe he has some of the better takes saved, but I dunno. I don't think either of us had a flawless take all day, but we had our moments...usually not at the same time, lol. And I also got to see his deer trophies that some may be familiar with. So overall we shared some grins and some finger pains. And best of all he didn't rape or kill me as some internet meet-ups go. :D

I'm afraid we don't have any pics or a shout-out video like PRS and Leedog, but whatever. It's still history nonetheless, if not as entertaining for everybody else.

That's great man! But did you get any deer jerkey? That's where it's at.

That cornfield is Iowa.

That's really cool! Hopefully Buda will be able to post some of those recorded takes.

I love GT history. If any of you folks ever make your way up to Manitoba, stop in at Asbestos Manor and say hi to me n' acapella.

Similarly, if somehow any of you ever find yourselves in Sydney, I'm about an hour's drive away. So, for many of you, that's only about twelve hours' flying plus a one hour drive! :D

Except of course for CW and Jeff, who are actually in the same time zone as me...

well jeff if you weren't so busy being drunk you could probably save enough cash to get some metal lessons.

WOW! I can't believe I missed this thread. Seriously though, Rusty is one helluva guitar player and I too am gratefull that he didn't kill me either. I've been pretty busy lately, but I will get around to posting those takes we did. I had a blast jamming with you Rusty. We'll have to do it again for sure. Oh, Ninja man...I'm outta the jerky at the moment. :( But I do still have some summer sausage to hold me over. ;)
I am a constant evolving music machine. Oh Man, I just forgot what I was playing. Oh well, on to the next song.
