Something like what you find at your local music store where local people can try to locate other palyers to get together jam forma "band" etc.
I am in the Houston area and I have yet to find out the secret hand shake, the Don to kiss, who I have to Kill to find out more about the music scene here .
Coming from Austin where aside from free public papers dedicated to the music scene and all the things listed in the classifieds and the message boards at those stores took up Walls you could always find some one looking to start something or jam with.
So Houston is frustrating to meet other musicians.
