The Ed Roman superstore (ships anywhere in the world) has a special on them; that place just happens to be right here in Sin City.

I guess it's supposed to be a substantially cheaper (in price) alternative to PRS, and they come with a lot of upgrade options. For instance, they'll put a Kahler trem on it for $350.

Am I seeing the sort of value I think I'm seeing?

Dude, my understanding of Baker guitars (which is acquired from Magazines and webpages of stores like www.wildwestguitars.com) is that they are amazing.
A High end guitar that is right up there with the likes of PRS, NIk Huber, and any other set-neck, humbucker based highend guitar companies.

I've never played one, but from what I've read and seen, they seem to be awesome. I'd buy one.

but hey, if you can actually go try before you buy, then you may find a good one. I'd be wary of ordering one though

I would not recommend having anything to do with Ed Roman.

Caveat emptor, indeed.

WOW, I've never heard of Ed until today, but I already don't like this guy. If I ever meet him I'll be sure to kick him.

Ooh wow,I had never heard of the store.

I thought Baker Guitars were very nice tho? Is it just that store, or rather that guy that is bad?

Am I right in assuming that Baker Guitars are a... uhhhh... subsidiary or product of Ed Roman's shindig?
