This is a nice straightforward little rocker. It has a nice chunky feel: good beat, fine hollow-sounding lead. The two leads are a bit at odds in some places, but it’s never jarring. What’s not to like?

My only two suggestions are that the bass is quite quiet and also that the structure could stand a bit more variety. Perhaps break the vocal into two parts and feature a nice, clear strong lead in the middle. There’s plenty of lead work, but it’s all heavily effected and a bit muddy. Let a few licks shine in the middle there.

Other than that, given the limitations of what you are doing, it’s nice.
