this is what I'll be playing for the talent show, and my friend who's a drummer is also playing, the sound quality is terrible, and I messed up a few places, but this was only the second time we played it, any comments/suggestions/criticism is appreciated, let me know what you think, thanks

pretty good! Make sure you clean it up just a tad, and mix it up a little, but overall, good!

hmm. I was sorta waiting for dissappointment when I heard the bad quality and the drum intro. but when the guitar came in I was like "HEY. not too shabby"

its a bit repetitive, but whatever.

when was/is your show?

the talent show is on june 14th, thanks for the feedback, I could shorten it so its less repetitive, do you have any specific suggestions?

eh. that first opening guitar riff... i LOVE. it sounds awesome. past there, theres some good ideas and stuff, but you gotta work on your timing so it doesnt sound like a bunch of little riffs as opposed to a song. the problem I have with this song kinda is that it just sounds like a jam. because its so repetative and stuff and sounds the same the whole way through. like theres no tone changes or anything and its in the same area of the fretboard most the time. thats kind of a bummer of being the only guitarist in a band, but you need to figure out ways to work with that.

so to wrap it up, its a katchy tune. great ideas there. I felt my head bobbing to it- its danceable. so if you could make it a bit more exciting somehow, that would be great. and a bit more practice to get the different parts together without any time inbetween them would also help.

but its got potential. you'll do great.
