Ok so for the intro both of these two riffs sound right but are slightly different...does anyone by any chance know which is the right one?? or cloest to it.

Riff 1:

C----------------------------------------
G-----------------------------------------
C---------------------------------------
F ---10---9-----------7----12--10--9-10---
A ---------------10------------------------
D 77----7----77----7----7----7---7-------

Riff 2:

C------------------------------------
G----------------------------------
C----------------------------------
F ---10--9---5--7--12-10-9-10----
A 00---0--00--0--0---0--0---------
D------------------------------------

anyone?? all help is appreciated.

Another Bullet For My Valentine fan, they do rock  . First things first, not to be a jerk or anything but the string numbers should go like this:

d----------|
a----------|
f----------|
c----------|
g----------|
c----------|

Teqnically they would both sound the same because if you pluck the 7th fret on the 6th string then pluck the open 5th string they would sound the same. That same thing goes along with playing the 5th fret 4th string and then playing the 10th fret 5th string.

I'd go with riff two, I played it along with the song and it sounds perfect and is a lot easier to play than the first riff since you don't have to fret that 6th string.

Well honestly i've been playing a while now and both are easy to me...but i just cant decide which to choose lol...i know they're basically the same

EDIT for anyone who was wondering i think its RIFF 2 i just watched the vid and i think that they play it...not 100% sure they dont focus too well on the hands.
