hi ive been working on my picking technique for couple of years but it seems that i lack speed what can i do to develop faster wrist action?

you could try ecxercises. Christop and skee1 have posted several routine's on the open discusion section.

I bought a book called Ten miniute guiter workout by David Mead, it has amongst many other items 5 section for you to work at in order to build up speed and stamimina of the hands and fingers.

each section has a chart startind with D working up to A+ by means of completeing each of the 5 tasks in 2 minutes.
Once you complete section 1 you atsrt again with more difficult tasks, again working your way up.

well worth £20. my speed is building up and my playing is greatly aided.
