Ive just bought the Zoom G2 the smaller version and I find it great and good value for money but im a novice so I wouldnt listen too much to my opinion but for the money it does a lot.
The only down fall really is the display and the silly codes but if you keep your manual handy you can always see what the display means. Battery lasts quite a while with good quality ones. oh and the peddles the chrome push switches scratch easily so put some kind of tape on them to protect them ive put duck tape on mine as it got sctatched within 5 mins of getting out of the box.
I bought my G2 for £35 second hand if you shop around and try second hand shops or pawn shops they have a few in.
If your Fingers aint bleading you havent practiced enough...

yeah, amen.

zoom is a very cheap brand. you get what you pay for. I have the Digitech GNX3, and while thats more than you got, everything by Digitech has the same quality.

dude, I hate to crush you by agreeing with all these guys, but you would be much better off with a cheap digitech unit than with anything zoom...zoom is notorious for poor quality...you really do get what you pay for.
