yes its artistic and i can say to u all now its way easier to lern to sing than it is to scream. theres alot more to think about when screaming.and if u do it right u wont damage your vocal chords so u can keep your singing voice. and in every case i know of u must know how to sing before u can scream RIGHT. so yes its artistic but dont go around thinking its "undernieth" singing cause its waaay herder to scream
