One time a friend and I rode our bikes down to the limestone quarry just outside of the town we live. It hasn't been in use for several decades, but all the pits and huge limestone hills and stuff are still there, so it's a real fun place to hang around. Anyhow, on this particular day there was one o' them huge tractors with a bucket on it just sitting there. I guess someone was taking limestone, probably to fill in a pothole in their driveway or something.

I climbed up the ladder and found that the door was unlocked (it was actually locked, but the window was smashed, so I just reached in and unlocked it). I called my friend up, and he joined me in the tractor. I looked to my left and found that some bonehead had left the keys in the ignition. We started it up, and within a few minutes, we had figured out how to work it. I drove it while my friend worked the bucket. We dug up some gravel, then lifted it high up and dropped it all. We did the same with large jagged rocks. I think we even crushed a paper cup with the bucket, just for fun. It was great.

That was a lot of fun, but it was also really dumb. If we were caught, we probably could have been charged.
