Sounds to me like somethings not holding solid, wether it be lose, or worn out tuning heads, or a lose bridge, and possibly anything in between. If your gutiar is expensive have it checked out by a tech, if its cheep and not worth the repair costs trash it, or try to fix it your self. I doubt its a problem with your tuner. But thats just me.
