I'm gonna do a wild guess, since i have no experience w/ your amp. so here it goes!
Paradise City- Bridge pickup, Drive/Gain at 2 o'clock (should not be an insane amount), Treble 6-8, Bass 6-8, Mids 5-6 (never at 0!).
Sweet Child o'mine- neck Pickup, Drive/gain at 11-12 o'clock (Slash uses less gain on this song, Should be fairly low), Treble 6-8, Bass 6-8, Mids 5-6.
Welcome to the jungle- Same as paradise city setting.

Are you sure it's only a two watt amp. If that's the case, I'd reccomend investing in a marshall. Maybe and mg15 or mg30. Great amps for the price.
