I don't know where to find any written jazz rhythm patterns sorry, but I do have some advice.
I study jazz performance at university and if there's one thing they tell you to do a lot, it's listen to a LOT of jazz, especially jazz played on your instrument.
So my advice is, go listen to a lot of Wes Montgomery, John McLaughlan, Pat Metheny etc. Listen to what they play, and try to copy it. I swear it's one of the best ways to become a good jazz guitar player.
After 2 years doing jazz at university, and listening to a lot of jazz, I know many jazz strumming patterns. I don't think I once had to look for any written patterns.
