well im new but i can read guitar tablature and can do most chords apart from B and F and really i dont know where to start

Any ideas would be appreciated

Learning the chords you did was an excellent start. Find some songs with those chords and work on getting quick at the chord transitions. C-A-G-E-D is a good system to use to get quick at chord changes. Start playing around with fingerpicking, slides, hammer-ons, pull-offs -- there are tons of resources on this site & online with material for beginners. Try to add things that will keep you motivated in with your practicing -- so for instance take 20 minutes to learn some new theory, then for the other 20 minutes try to play part of a song you like or just noodle around with the guitar.

Yeah B and F are barre chords. They are hard and sometimes even painful, but it will all pay off in the end. Best of luck to you. :)
