I have purchased alot of good guitars from pawn shops. For 200 bucks it is possible to find a decent guitar just need to hit the pawn shops.I would not recomend a Yamaha though. Not a very good sounding guitar. You can probally find a epiphone les paul for close to that if you shop around. The squire is a decent guitat too. If I was you I would just be patient and save up a little more money and get something you can have for awhile. GOODLUCK
