I'd look at summin nicer than Squire...the Yamaha Aes620 is a really nice axe (ask PrsPlaya, he'll tell you).

I reckon you'd be better off with a something like the Yamaha than a entry level guitar...like it says, its "entry level" which, after six years of acoutsic, you are not...so you will most likely outgrow any 200$ guitar very quickly...may as well save a bit more and get something nice at the start...
