With a maximum of $200, you're not going to get anything very good. If you've been playing classical guitar for 6 years, guitar is obviously your thing, so I would just save my money and get something good. I have a Squier strat that is really good. I got it with a Fender frontman 25R amp for about $500 (Cdn). However, some friends of mine have Squier guitars that are just awful, so it's sort of a toss-up. I can't really say more than that, since my strat is the only electric guitar I have ever spent any serious time playing.
