I'm not the most physically inactive person in the world or anything. for work I go out and gather carts from the parking lot for hours at a time. not only am I walking, but pushing a bunch of carts, and once you get pushing 7 or 8 at a time, they tend to get pretty heavy (and hard to steer)
I just eat way too much junk. probably over 3000 calories a day, but I don't know, I don't keep track.
I'll try cutting out as much sugar and junk food as possible, and try jogging/running for half hour per day, with weight lifting as often as I have time (yes, I do have a gym membership, but I rarely ever go). we'll see how far that carries me. but good ideas guys, keep em coming.
