pretty detailed, I haven't found time to read it all the way through, so I don't know if I can help you. but if you're really serious about this guitar, I'd take it in. there is no reason that you should need the action all the way up, it probably needs something with the truss rod or nut. if you want it perfect though, you'll probably need to take it to a tech.
