whats the big deal with greenday

Ive been talkin to my friends and all they ever listen to is greenday. personally i think they suck, there, old, and there wannabes. What do u think?


P.S. I also think there stupid, theyre ancient, they cant play, they make no since, and there wierd. I could go on but i think i might be over doing it a little.

Green day aren't my favourite band but they have written some good songs that I quite like such as

Good Riddance (time of your life)
When I Come Around
Uptight
Westbound Sign

Those are a few that I like anyway. Billy Joe isn't the most amazing guitarist but he's a pretty damn good songwriter and I doubt you or I could match him in that respect.
