What ever happened to that guy?

I love 80's heavy metal and 80's pop music. Take practically anyone of those bands, and they are way better than anything out there that is in mainstream music today. None of these new bands could play a pimple on anyone of the 80's bands asses (Cept maybe mesuggah those guys can actually play).


Actually anyone from the 80,70,60's, and even the 50's are better musicians then the current trend today.


Metal never died, it just went underground and is making a comeback.
Metal never died in Europe....specially in places like Spain,Sweden, etc.

everybody speaks harshly about fred durst and eminem, because they are assheads, and they obviously have no musical talent or integrity, besides sucking at it; which they do very well. but i always figured the best thing to do is too ignore them, because they will go away eventually.

i live in canada, and my life is extremely similar to what you would see in a beer commercial, (especially molson canadian,) and i prefer to spend time thinking about my next party or my next lay or whatever, (i am a classic 18 yrs old male) instead of bitching about the people we hate.
lifes too short to be angry, or negative.

now of course i am not saying this to be the opposition, cause i am annoyed with these talentless, soulless freaks of the spotlight as well. but will complaining about them make them go away, or make any difference at all?

And besides, why is this on guitartricks? its a guitar site, neither of those people play guitar nor could they care to. lets get with the program people!

okay i may not know that commercial specifically, but you get the general idea. For instance, my friend has big parties at his cottage, like massive house parties, and thats what i mean when i say beer commercials, or we have these kick ass barbecues, where we just invite a bunch of people we meet wherever that look like good people to our places and then just spend a night partying canadian style.
we are very spontaneous people.

yeah, my life is basically one big party, so thats what i mean by beer commercials.
