Anyone familiar with...

Is anyone familiar with or own the GT- 8 Guitar multi effects proccessor or a Hughes and Kettner matrix 100 combo amp. If you own it tell me what you think I'm really thinking about buying the GT- 8 but I'm not so sure about the amp yet. I am selling my Line 6 Spider II and my Gibson SG faded to get some new equipment and I was wondering if anyone was familiar with these products. :) 1 question:
