The best solution would be to switch to different pups.
I like a DiMarzio PAF Pro at the neck, and PonyOne will agree, DiMarzio Tone Zone for the bridge.
Use 1 Meg pots all 'round.
And Series/Parallel coil switching.
And a Phase switch.
