Help Make A Choice

Hey everyone was wondering if maybe you could give me some input. I'm stuck on two effect processors. Peavey Deltafex or Digitech Studio S100. I'm looking for something that will go with my Nady XA1100 power amp and Nady RMX6 mixer. I also am looking for a versatile processor that can be used for Vocals, Guitar, and Bass. What is your thoughts both are about the same price.

I've owned digitech products before and I'm not a big fan of them. I like the Behringer DSP2024P myself. I've got one on order and I'll let you know how it is.
