Although I don't practice as long as I'd like to. I get at least an hour a day. The trick is build up some warm-ups doing all techniques. For example:
1. Hammer on and Pull off excercises that I have from the book "Amazing Phrasing"
2. Tapping Exercise that I wrote
3. Then I run through Major, Harmonic Minor, and Major/Minor Apeggios, and Pentatonics a few times each. (for memorization)
4. Some song exercises I know.

Then I just ramble for a bit, but I would love to add some ear training and even more lessons from Amazing Phrasing.

What I have there is a great warm-up, in my opinion. Warming-up is quite important as it readies your muscles to their potiential then you build up more when you add to your bag. Also, it builds muscle memory.
