Thanks for the help Ive finaly got it. for some reason i can do the two fingers on the first fret but not the index finger across both strings. strange but hey im not complining im well chuffed not perfect every time but practice makes perfect and boy i need lotts of practice lol

anyway thanks for your help i was getting to the point of pulling my hair out.
