I can sing OK, but I've never tried growling... the only full-on growling band I like is Lamb of God (I also like Machine Head, Shadows Fall, Opeth and Trivium, who growl for part of the time). Cryptic, you're a growler - how do you do it? Is it diaphragmatic, or do you just roar from the back of your throat in a low register?
