Compressor Setting
hey guys!!!....does anyone know the good compressor setting to get a good quality Sustain out of GNXs1, 2, 3, 4...pedals.

if your looking to extend your sustain on a digitech model I suggest you first turn off the noisegate, then turn on one of the stompboxes, you will just have to mess around with the compression settings. Most patches have the noisegate on and that was a big killer of my sustain.

yea, I actually dont like the noise gate that much cause my legato runs sometimes weaken out.
But I do have a question, what does it mean when it says SLOW, MEDIUM, and FAST compression. I really dont see the difference.

I had a GNX4 and never could tell the difference either. I'm sure it says something in the manual about what it is supposed to do though.

I have Gnx1 and 4 i've tried to set the compression for slow, medium and fast. i don't hear any difference.
