It's actually the furthest from black metal out of all of their releases. The only releases that could be easily linked with black metal would be their first two. The general tone of the music and the vocal style were much more like black metal then. These days the tone has much more color to it and the vocals are deeper. As far as compositions go, they have next to nothing in common with black metal.
