I`m new here and I havent had the time to check out the forum.. so if these questions sound a little familiar please forgive me. I`m not only new to this website but I`m a begginer as well. I would like to know which road to go down...start off reading tableture or progressing with traditional music lessons? I just purchased a Gibson LesPaul with a VOX amp. I really dont want to take private lessons, so I`m trying to decide my best course of action. And could anyone please recomend any teaching literature...books,DVD`s ect..., Thanks!
