A few years back my dad ran into the same problem, but it was with 2 small apartments, but the killer is that living in one of the apartments was a man, wife, and sons. The wife had aids and there were literaly buckets of puke everywhere. My dad asked me and my brothers if we would help clean it up, I said hell no, you better hire someone. People like that really disgust me, I think you should give back the money, tell him your gonna hire a cleaner/exterminator and that you'll either be re-embersed fully for the bills or you will take it to court.
