I called and told him I'm keeping his $500 and hiring a cleaning crew to fix it up. Now he's all pissed and telling me I'm trying to rip him off.
If it goes over $500 I'm taking him to small claims court.
There's stains on the carpet that won't come out... little black bugs living under the dirt in the kitchen area, moths flying around and little fruit flies all over the place. One of the cupboards smells like something died in there.

What the hell kind of mental defective does somebody have to be to live like that man??
He even pulled the TV and couch into the middle of the room so he could lie down and watch it close up and there's stains on the couch where he was lying down to eat.

I'm seriously thinking of filling up a dump truck and dumping all this crap all over his car.
