I would tell him he has to pay up. Give him very little time to pay, then take it to court when he doesn't. There's a damn fine chance you'll win with them pics. He'll have to pay court costs too, right? That'd teach him. I wouldn't threaten him or beat him up because if you DO take it to court it'll come back to haunt you.
