Great guitar, signed by Paul as well which is cool, but I'm having a nightmare keeping the thing in tune. Seems to be the G primarily, but they all kind of creep out of tune. Has anyone heard of this before? I've taken it back and had the shop intonate it and stuff twice now, but it hasn't really helped. Twice in two months is a bit excessive for any guitar to need intonating, I think you'll agree, seeing as it stays in the same room at the same temperature and the string gauge doesn'y change or anything.
Anyone have any idea what this might be?
The guy in the shop says it needs to be "played in", but,
a: i play the thing for hours everyday, it's not like I've bought it and left it alone.
and B: I own several other good quality guitars (Strat, LP, Jem) and none of them needed to be "played in" beyond the average playing in like for an hour or so when you fit new strings or something.
I've been playing for 12 years, it's not like I'm new to this or anything but I'm at my wits end.
Really don't want to have to give the guitar back as faulty, as obviously it's signed by Paul.
:(
Please help!!
