I am making a tutorial but I think it will be easier for me if I will first know at what level are u? what are the problems thet u had and have now and what do u enjoy playnig (Acoustic, Alternative, Blues, Classical, Country, Folk, Funk ,Jazz, Metal, Rock)

level 1 - absolute beginner, doesn't even know how to hold a pick
level 2 - beginner, but you know your basic scales and chords
level 3 - you know how to play, but most of your playing is done in your bedroom, alone
level 4 - intermediate, you get small gigs
level 5 - you get good sized, respectable gigs
level 6 - you tour the country
level 7 - you tour the world
level 8 - professional, you make a decent living off of playing
level 9 - you have an albulm with a big name record company
level 10 - God-like, the best of the best, on par or even better then satch, vai, malmsteen, etc.

Somewhere in between intermediate and advanced. I'll play anything. Most of my problems are timing related, especially when I play fast.

according to 6strngs chart, id say a four.
i play alot of different stuff. i like a sort of Steely dan feel tho. think a jazz rock back and a metal guitar riff over it. (is that called jazz fusion or something?)

On 6strngs' chart, I guess I'm a 3. My favourite style to play is electric blues, but I also play acoustic, jazz, art-rock, metal and acid.

I am debating the chart! Evil me! Just one thing id like to add, you can't compare skill level to the size of your gigs, ex. (greenday) they sell out but they suck. I know this is really freakin' picky, but i just thought i'd point that out. BTW i'm level 10 :D beyond all of you mere mortals! haha

I reckon I'm a 3 about now. I was a three before deer season. Then I dropped down to about a 1.5 and now I'm back to a 3. :D

Based on the chart I would say a 3 or a 4, but I think it's a little unfair for us high school kids.
I'm a huge jazz fan, and most of my problems come from comping. Playing a chord is one thing, but voice leading is a much different issue (trying to mae the top note of the chord flow into the next one and add melodic interest).

3.5 I haven't played for anyone in a good while, because I'm busy with school and work. I'm into [U]acoustic[/U], classical, alternative, folk, and indie. I guess indie goes under alternative. Still, that's me.

I'm ok... y'know, I've got a long ways to go before I do anything break through. I've got a lot of reading and practicing that needs to be done, but at the same time I'm not piss poor.
