Gt Guitarist Poll Idea

I had an idea the other day. Since everyone hates the 'rolling stone' list of the top guitarists, why don't we make our own? Since every 'who's the best' poll in the 'famous bands and artists' section ends up everyone trying to convince eachother why their guy is the best, why don't we do a definative list?

So, my idea if there's enough interet, would be to have everyone pm me their top 5 guitarists (pm so nobody is influenced by eachother's decision or agrguing their choice) and I'll count the votes and list maybe the top 25.

Well I already sent mine in, and it was predominantly dead ones, so I guess it's either an "all time" thing or mine don't count.

I saw that, man. That first song was great! In fact, acapella here picked him as one of his faves entirely on what I told him about the episode of SNL last week. If I had remembered to, he would've been on my list as well, but alas, I forgot.

Well, I think I gotta stick with the ones I had. I mean, Prince kicks ass, but that SNL was all I've ever really seen of him. The five I picked are my gods, and they're likely to stay so.
