thats pretty ugly however its easy. Start with a diad of the the two 4 fretted notes. the rest are chords that are slide up or down. the vertical lines are suppose to mean a bar. The final chord with brackets is a ghost note which may or may not be played depending on what u hear when listening. Oh and there is a pull off at the end from 5 to 3.
