I have the GNX 3000 and was wondering if I could get a crash course on how to set this thing up and working well. The manual is pretty ambiguous. So, a shorten version would be great.

Your probably one of the first folks here to have one. Those are still pretty new. From what I hear though, they are pretty sweet. I wish I could help you man.

Aww, that's a shame. I went through a good bit of it and Wow, it's great.

I got it on sale at work.

I actually own a GNX4 but the two units are very different. Best thing I can tell you is to read through the manual several times. I've had my GNX4 for a year or so and I'm still learning stuff about it all the time or forgetting stuff I learned and then you have to go back and look it up. HAHA

I heard there is a guy selling a cd with thousands of tones on it on the digitech forum, it's supposed to be excellent. There was a post here before about it, you might be able to find it through the search function... if not, just head straight to the digitech forum, there are probably a few tutorials on there somewhere.

That guys name is guitar3456. Here's the link to his site. I bought the supermodel cd combo myself, well worth it.

i found out one thing with all guitar processors.ive played quite a few of them and the closest thing is the gnx 4 but i guess theres a difference. tho what im trying to say is...u have got to do most of it by trial and error.ive got the gt-8 and tho ive posted a request i still feel the best thing would be to play the hell with it.!! enjoy it dude....

I am currently Beta testing a program that will essentially let you create patches based off setting an EQ (pre, post), ect it's pretty innovative. I planned to get the Supermodel package, as well. Thanks for the advice.
