This is pretty much the last birthday to ever look forward too. From here on out I must age gracefully. Or ramp it up and join the 27 club in a few years!

I remember thinking that when I turned 25, now what to look forward too?
Just retirement age my friend....

I guess it's better than looking forward to looking at the top of a pine box..From the inside....

not surprisingly, I'm 16.. and though I think I look kinda young, I get mistaken for being like 18 or 19 all the time. I can get into R-rated movies with no questions asked. and when I went to buy an "M" rated video game, the guy just asked "how old are you?", I simply said "18" and he said, "ok, that'll be $22.07" or whatever the game cost. yeah, it's pretty sweet.

I still wouldn't be able to get served in a bar. hey, you live in CA too, I'm sure that even though you now ARE of legal drinking age, that you still get carded everytime you want to buy a six pack at your local grocery store. wanna know how I know? we have a sign in the back, near our employee break room, telling the checkers that they need to card anyone and everyone that is buying alchohal that looks to be 30 or under. and the store takes it EXTREMELY seriously, the checkers can lose their jobs for not carding people.. so, I'm positive that though you may have got served in bars at 16 in a redneck state, that you couldn't do the same in CA without getting carded, even though you are legal age.
