Ok in this video link im going to post this guy hits the body of his gutiar and does like a click pop thing,can anyone show or teach me how to do this it would be really awesome?thnx.

Hey, Tommy Emmanuel! Great player! You're wondering about the click thing with the fingers? Umm, all you have to do is tap on the guitar with your fingers. Just like he does. Drum your fingers on there for the click, then slap it for the pop.

I'm gonna get the the acoustic out of my closet, dust it off and restring it, this guy really inspired me :o btw, my cousin used to hit the guitar like that, it's pretty common where i'm from, i'm surprised you've never seen it before. :confused:

yeah ive never seen it before,and we have 2 pretty big acoustic players at ou church and i ahvent seen it done either.so it would be pretty cool to do that and show them what i know and or w/e.

It's a pick but what it does is it wraps around your thumb kinde like a ring so your index finger is opened u pso u can use it.

yeah doing drum solos on guitar has got to be one of the funnest things to do, and a real crowd pleaser.

this guys got skeeeeeillllss. playing two guitar parts at once takes real brains.

Man that guy makes me want bust out and play my acoustic. He almost makes Bon Jovi sound cool again........:)

Seriously though that was one good show, he can play well.
I am a constant evolving music machine. Oh Man, I just forgot what I was playing. Oh well, on to the next song. :rolleyes:

I never knew bon jovi could be so good, that guy is a great fingerpicker to be able to play the bass, the guitar, and mimic the singing I can only imagine the years it took to be that good
