wake up 30 min before class (whether it be 8am or 1pm). when i get done or tired of classes i always come back and take a nap for a good 3/4 even 5 hours. stay up till 4 am, do it again.
since the start of the semester though i've gotten into a regular sleep schedule 11pm-7am. NO NAPS. it's super tough but i'm confident it will work once my body adjusts. sometimes like right now nothing i can do because i work at nights and get off late :cool:
