It would sound the EXACT SAME, as if you had all the switches! why not just have them! you don't have to constantly turn them to 0 and then 10 every time you play! Id definetly keep the Pickups selector switch. Seeing as how this is a very important feature in a guitar. If you want both pickups at the same time, just switch it to the middle.
