Obviously you have a computer.... go to Metronome Online.com and use the free metronome. Set the clicks to very slow. Then on each click down stroke with your pick and pick hand on the big low open e string. Then on the next click, fret the low e string on the 1st fret and down stroke with your pick sounding the F note. Do the same for the 2 fret F sharp note, then 3rd fret G note, then the 4 fret G sharp note. All this is done on the low e string. Now start on the next string down on the open A 5th string. Do the same thing down to the 4th fret. Do the same for the rest of the strings. Remember... all down strokes per click. Next... start from the open high E string and play each note down to the fourth fret. However, do all upstrokes instead. Do all the strings going up to the low E string. Next... start at the low open E string and start this process all over again doing alternate down stroke, then upstroke picking. When you get good at it at that slow speed, start speeding up the clicks. Then there's a million combinations you can do later on.

As stated, if you can't do it slow you can't do it fast. Precision before speed.
