What style to pick?

I'm confused on what style I play I play country punk heavy metal classic rock soft rock emo what style should I play to make me good. :confused:

Pick whatever style suits you best and then get good at it. Get good at every style if you can.

Keep in mind that every style plays different and uses different techniques. You can master one style but suck hardcore in another simply because you dont do the same things. Take the ever populat "Green Day" for exapmle. You can play every song they do perfectly, but you most likely will not be able to sweep or alternate pick to save ur life.

Ok I figured that but I just like them all so much but I mastered playing country should I master another style?

i highly doubt you "mastered" any style.

theres ALWAYS something new to learn. noone ever has completely mastered anything.

hate to put a damper on your day, but its just a fact. :rolleyes:

learning your theory will help you with any style. try that out.

Probaly classic rock and metal (from that list), as in 10 years you probably won't even admit you once liked emo and punk.
